Return Info

Returns are only acceptable within 10 days from the time of receiving product excluding X-treme bikes and Big Cat e-bikes, except for our batteries with a 1-year warranty due to natural defects. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Items must be unused and free of any physical or internal damage. All packaging, wrapping, and accessories must all be included just like the original upon shipping the item back to us. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Buyers are responsible for shipping back unused items to us, and once we receive the items in their original condition, we will refund the amount paid for the items less any restocking fees that may apply.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages delivered. Contact the carrier to file a dispute and reimbursement. We do offer signature-required shipping, and you must contact us for this service prior to making an order.
