Electro Bike World upgraded Performance kit for Juiced Bikes
Kit comes with a performance 35 AMP controller, color display, throttle and left side/non gear pedal crank mounted PAS cadence sensor (This is Not the Juiced stock/OEM rear drop-out torque sensor) and an optional Bafang motor.
(Most Juiced Bikes have a 25 amp controllers, some models have a 35a controllers)
The dimensions of the 35a controller is 6.75 inches in length, 2.5 inches in width, 1.5 inches height.
The controller even has headlight and taillight wires.
The EBW upgraded controller and color display comes with a Z916 female motor connection (see photos) so you might need 1 additional adapter or perhaps 2 adapters for the Juiced motors to make this work.

Since the EBW controller is too BIG to fit in the RipCurrent-S (RCS) stock controller compartment you can use the EBW controller mounting bracket holes and secure with two 8” zip ties to mount controller on the lowest part bottom part of the seat tube near the chain ring and in-between the fender or tire with the controller wires facing the ground so the wires are hidden and can be easily routed up the downtube to the handlebars and the XT60 routed back down the downtube to the batteries XT60 connector at the battery locking bracket. The motor wire can be easily routed to the back wheel hub area. See Photograph of where to mount the controller.
You could also buy a controller case on amazon and mount the controller case on the lower part of the seat tube.
Juiced Moped style eBikes the controller can be mounted where the original controller was installed.
STORING EXTRA WIRES & PROTECTION:
Instead of using a controller case you can make a thick rubber 8” long skid pad or guard from my old worn out 4’ wide fat tire and mount it with two 24” thick zip ties under the bottom bracket (BB) You need to coil-up excess wires from the controller and hide them underneath and to protect the electrical wires, hydraulic brake lines and gear cables. To secure and hold the coiled up wires under BB use small zip ties.
You can drill drainage holes in the tire skid guard to prevent rain water from getting trapped.
Option 2 for storing wires: You can also store wires in a small bag under the controller. (See photograph)
CONTROLLER WIRES: The orange 3 pin plug is for the crank mounted Cadence sensor and not the tail light.
The two red 2 pin plugs coming out of the controller are for the front and rear light!
It is highly recommended to leaving the brake cut-offs discounted since it is a known fact they cause more electrical problems. The brakes should be strong enough to to stop eBike.
BAFANG MOTORS: Electro Bike World also has a selection of Freehub Cassette 175mm motors that are compatible with Juiced Bikes.
